Un savoir-faire traditionnel et engagé

 À Casteide-Cami, la ferme Lahourcade est engagée dans une démarche d'agriculture raisonnée, et est également labellisée IGP canards à foie gras et qualifiée en bio-sécurité. Joël y élève ses canards dans la pure tradition béarnaise. Ils sont gavés au maïs grains entiers, qui sont cultivés directement à la ferme.
