Bénédicte Le Bec, brasseur nomade

Bénédicte is an œnologist and brewer with over 25 years experience and produces mild and artisan home brewed beers in a local brewery using her own recipes. She bottles the “Bénés”, three beers which are all made from French barley, wheat and hops. Bénédicte has also been an advisor to independent Jurançon winegrowers for over twenty years and runs private wine tasting workshops.
