Located in the commune of Casteide Cami, the artisan jam and jelly production workshop is housed in a detached house in the middle of the countryside. Original flavors you won't find anywhere else. Black cherry jam with Espelette pepper or eggplant jam to accompany cheese, onion confit for your meats, Jurançon jelly for your foie gras during the festive season, or salted butter caramel apple from Salies-de-Béarn.
